- Property evaluation performed by an AMSI Acquisition Associate
- Furniture and Housewares Inventory Assessment
- Determine a rental rate based on the property’s size, location, and market conditions.
- Take photographs and write unique property marketing description
- Marketing of property by Leasing Agents, Corporate Relationship Associates, and AMSI's Marketing Team
- Leases are consummated with existing Corporate Tenant Relationships or individuals who are qualified through our screening process.
- AMSI handles all paperwork and lease documents.
